User was found guilty for CDM, but not entirely on the evidence. Logs also backed up the event.
A blacklist will take effect.
Closing notes: If I could not have found any logs, this would have been denied. You need good evidence to get a BR approved. Anyone could have simply said he was trying to park and never even hit that guy.
