Ok, i had set up station at the end of the City Tunnel with my radare gun checking cars, your car sped into the tunnel and hit someone in the darkness. I radioed in the number plate (See screenshot) and the police had been searching for it.
I noticed your car in the tunnel with you stuck in the wall, I waited for you to be freed from the wall and then cuffed you, so that I could question you, you then decided to shout Random arrest, random cuff and random tase. You then decided to move when i had commanded you not to move under taser point and gun point. Which your screenshots infact show.
I identified you by your cars numberplate. You made no attempt to argue it IC.
Here is evidence of me radioing the plate in and evidence that it was your number plate:
