Reason: General minging, intentionally abusing a welded note to kill someone, NLR

Why we should unban you: I don't think that the ban was really justified to be as long as it is. 1 week for RDM'ing one person and light NLR? Everyone gets banned for 1-2 days for RDM, but I get an entire week? If most NLR bans are roughly 1-2 days, and most RDM bans are roughly 1-2 days, giving me 1 week is pretty much doubling what I should've gotten. It's not like walking back to where my friend toasted me so I can kill him magically multiplies my ban by 2, does it?
