Why we should unban you: Well i had a chat with Soulripper in v2p, i explained him about my situation at home and who's playing on my ip etc, so he told me it was okay (which can be confirmed by Soulripper himself).
I then continued playing for a week or 5 days and i got perm banned, now is my question, could anyone of the staff ask Soulripper if its true? Because i have been trying to contact him but he probably doesn't have any time to accept me on steam. He even told me he thought it was suspicious but he guessed it was okay since it isn't a double account.
Please, can anyone ask Soul?
