You died in nexus, you returned to nexus before those 5 minute had passed, thus broke NLR. Doesn't matter if the one who killed you RDM'ed or FearRPed, you do not break NLR. You shouldn't of returned to nexus at all, and no, NLR is not the EXACT spot where you died but the AREA where you died.
