I was mugging a charater called Krunk0r Malone (his username is Krunk0r)
But he said he was going to read the rules, so i put my gun down for a second OOCly (i told him that too) and he thought that was a good idea to get out of this without paying... So he was standing next to his car ICly being aimed at, then he did a quick /me and drove away...
I hope you can give him a warning/temp ban
