To be fair, if you broken a rule, you should have a consequence as the severity of the ban / blacklist is based on your experience (hours) on the server and what exactly you did wrong. If you CDM'd someone, then you should have at least tried to evade him, you have no evidence to prove that you accidentally CMD'd someone.
