Nacreas had suggested that be on stating that we found it in the junkyard since we were roleplaying as "Greedy Engineers". As you can see I had materialed it and allowed it to be there before deciding after 5-10minutes it didn't look right. I had granted permission to him as he was helping me add/change the facility. Sorry for the inconvenience.
