Summary: I Spotted someone accesing the rooftop. He builded baricades and as you can see in the picture he took out a gun.

I do say i was up there
But it was with a mate. He was the one tranqulizing the peaple down on the street! i moved away and said sorry in OOC and deleted the props. My mate was 700 / Best.
