[b]Title of Suggestion: Day/Night/Weather Cycle
[b]Description: This addon is basically an awesome day/night/weather cycle. It can rain, snow, or storm. (It does not cover the ground with snow, so the server wont lag THAT bad if at all)I tested this addon on rp_evocity_v33x and it worked wonderfully. The only problem was that the sky remained white, and didnt change with the cycles, but im sure that will be fixed in a later patch. The lamposts and store lights around EvoCity worked, so the stores and streets would be lit.
[b]Why: It will add RP Realism, could allow for crime to be "stealthy" at night, Stores could have hours, etc.
