That is not what they are worth. 14k is the default price. What you sell good like that for is between 105-125% of the actual price. Seeing this is more expensive its more like 110%. So 14k times 1.1 is 15.4k. No one will sell you an awp for 14k unless they "relieved it" from someone else.
