He is telling the truth, he insulted Morbid several times and did a lot of All capsing in OOC.
Morbid was Police Sergeant and asked all the Police Officers to change their job to EC:PD Unit - (Number), he wasnt changing it so he demoted him. That's when he started all-capsing and insulting.
