Evidence doesn't show propkilling.
All I see is a chair and someone dead. For all I know, the person in the chair could have jumped out (from height). He could have been run over by a vehicle and etc.
Closing notes: Insufficient evidence to prove the accused player broke the rules.
Also: You didn't fix your template. Failure to do so next time will lead in a forum warning.
