I had joined the server for probably less than a minute, when I go around the corner I spot a chef trying to get ontop of the car park at BP by using barrels, he then gets ontop of the roof and spawns a ladder, puts it over the edge and stands on it, then I think I have enough evidence and I see he spawned somekind of bath tub with something attached to it I think.
Propclimb, being on roofs, public building. ( maybe not the public building because it was a single prop but I want to make sure I don't leave anything out )

Just after finishing up the evidence gathered to post a ban request on Devil, I saw that they had some kind of stage with a lot of camera screens behind them, I checked the scoreboard and there were no Admins or Moderators online at the time so I went ahead and take screenshots of that too, on the screenshots you can also see Devil with his ladder above the stage.
So public building is what he did.

I didn't notice any admins but I just checked the SteamID list and Grub appeared... I'm sorry if he had permission for the build but I'm sure this can be confirmed.
