(I was there with Joykill when this happened. I was the SRU Sergeant)
He said we were making fun of him and things like that, when that is completely false. Even that wouldn't be a reason to do that. He kept coming up to me demanding his car. Not asking for a price or anything. I directed him to Joykill, the impound officer, but he refused to go and just kept demanding his car from me. So I basically started to ignore him due to him not listening to me after around 5-10 minutes.
