Is it everytime? Because if the server is getting DDoS'ed the protection is enabled and the legacy apparently do not work. Try to verify cache and clean out addons, that may cause this. Also, check the firewall, it MIGHT block it.. or something. I had one way to solve it some time ago.. can't remember it though. It was with the launch option, I helped out Enzyme with it, he might still have it.. Good luck fixing it buddy..
