I talked to the guy who had posted it, apparently it was part of the old Sickness SVN pack which now has been replaced with GTA 4 models so I'd have to contact the guy who made it and hope he still had the old files and remembered how he made it.

Seems like someone else had a custom texture for it as well? The side back and door have different words/symbols.
