Reason: "Going out of your way to create aggressiveRP"
Involved: Myself, Zombieshooter47, Slintafibles, Syphno, the rest of my group, Grayhawk, the Brown guy (Police Sergeant), The two hostages who name I forget.
Why we should unban you: Firstly, the assisted escape and evidence destruction was part of an on-going RP activity, which included a member of the Police Force, between 3 and 7 gang members dependant on the time several independent store owners who never had more than 100$ stolen off them (in total). In this manner, I was being agressivly questioned by Grayhawk, along with the threat of having people testify to put me behind bars. However, the entire situation started about half an hour before that, during the first heist on a café. It was extensively planned, mainly via mic chat, at which point a five man team drove up to the store, entered, and drew their weapons, not in an attempt to kill anyone, but to scare people (enacting FearRP). After that, the Police came to the outside windows, so we told them we had hostages, and I "searched their pockets" (Finding 50$ each, totalling 100$, much less than the 500$ described on the street crime rules). At this point we asked the Police to bargain with them. We wanted free passage, and in return we would release a hostage then, and then go to a safe location, and drop the other hostage off and call them. May I add, that on the point on which we drove away, one of the SRU on scene started firing automatic weapons at the car that the hostage was sat in.
During this heist, we had two hostages, and no-one died. All we got from it was 100$, and it allowed for Grayhawk to being his police investigation RP. It should be added that either Grayhawk added or one of the hostages had said that they had been raped, with is a false claim, but whether it was in the spirit of the PoliceRP, I don't know.
After a time, Grayhawk, the Brown Sergeant, the SRU Sergeant at the time and a SRU came to our cover base, which was hidden as a Gun Safety Workshop. They took myself and my lawyer (zombieshooter47) out, and I told the rest of the crew that if I didn't respond to Pradio, I had been captured. To inform them that I might not be out, not to start a raid to get me out. During this time, I was handcuffed, escorted to the Jail Control room on V2d, and extensively questioned. At the point in which we were to be moved to the "top floor", the elevator was going down, so as Gray and the other officer went inside, myself and the Lawyer stayed out. At this point the Lawyer un-cuffed me, and we both moved to the control room, at which point he brought out his Galil, and I brought out an AK47. At this time, a security guard had come up the elevator, ran round into the jail area. Then Brown came up, into the control room, and myself, believing him to be armed, shot him. We then moved out, hostaged the security guard to stop the law enforcement team firing on up, and as we had to move up, we decided to go and lay low for a few minuits, moving upstairs to the 3rd floor. We then found that it was the hostage safehouse, so we broke in, as an attempt to "destroy the evidence" before we left. At around about this time, the rest of the crew came in to help, (Section B). We broke into the rooms, and as we entered, Grayhawk was armed, so both me and the lawyer fired upon him as we entered. We then took the prior two hostages as hostages and the guard had ran away at this point. It was at this point that Grayhawk DC/ed, making his doors broken, and [FL:M] Pavilion came and removed them. After doing this, he then held me up and started asking what I was doing. During this, the rest of the team, and two more hostages (SRU Sgt and Police Officer) came up and joined us. This brought the total for the assisted escape to 4 hostages. During this time Pavilion continued to talk to us, calling Drogas, who then started to ask questions as-well. After attempting to explain as well as we could, both myself and Zombieshooter got banned, despite the fact that the death toll was much less than any "raid" on the nexus, because the crew had it drilled into them to bluff, frighten and hostage more than "shoot shoot shoot."
SecB: During the time that the rest of the crew moved in, we were out of contact, however from talking afterwards, it seems that they bluffed past the Nexus Desk Guard, and on the way up, took a Police Officer and the SRU Sgt hostage, to assist in the escape.
May I also say that "Promoting agressiveRP" is not a rule, and as such was made as the discretion of Drogas, without even a warning, or a simple "could you tone it down please?" Because despite what it though of our playerbase, we are not all ignorant 12 year olds, and most, if asked, would tone down their RP.

In conclusion, I believe that the ban was overzealous, ignored the lower death toll than most raids, ignored the good RP that was created by the entire RP, ignored the fact that it had a RP reason that was stronger than most raid reasons.
I would also like to point out that there were no rules broken during this RP, even going so far as to change the RP slightly as to take a fifth of what can be taken under the street crime rules, and a twentieth of what can be taken under hostage rules.
