As stated by Killjoy. As soon as I was informed of possible double accounting, after checking it out - I banned they two accounts. Then an account joins V33X moments later, linked to the same IP.

I am afraid there isn't enough to convince us there wasn't any double accounting.

Ban appeal denied.
