Suggestion - Allow Police to use M4

I completely agree. The pure fact that some people are suggesting complete balance between the government and criminal classes purely emphasizes the Cops Vs. Robbers aspect portrayed in DarkRP and other non-realistic gamemodes. The police force is not one you should be able to take down easily, and the fact that they have "free kevlar" is not something beneficial. Criminals have access to kevlar as well, and most of the time they use it, and equip guns that are able to take down a whole fleet of officers. Right now, in the current state of "balance", the criminal classes are just as equal if not more powerful than the government itself, which is the biggest problem.
