The website showed that the 'User was suspended' twice this week. It's been solved and this error will not appear again.
Just for clarification: It was caused by a technical problem. Don't worry the bills are getting paid always on time.
PS. Once (long time ago) I was 1 day too late with paying for the website, which resulted in an advertisement showing a young lady.
