Summary: I was fishing, just enjoying the live when suddently a police car comes at me with two officers in it and one of them (Verenikin) tells me I'm being arrested for passing a red light, I told and explained him I was fishing for around 30 minutes already but he kept on going, when I told him to uncuff me and walk away in LOOC he told me he wanted to but now that I've said that he arrested me for an OOC reason.
