As SoulRipper has said, this happened to me. It is because I once played a different server and it had a file that was practically the same as the one for this server like Hummer_model_02 or something. But when I went to City RP it was loading this file instead of the fearless model. So as said you just need to find the hummer models that are not for this game mode and delete them. They are similar but you can tell the difference if you find them.
If I remember right it was because City RP only has Hummer_model_02 while I also had a Hummer_model_01 and Hummer_Model_03 in content while my other friends did not.
