[Suggestion] Citizen Outfit Choice

I would prefer it if you were able to select a default character from a variety of presets (i.e White bald male, or black male with hair) and then pick and choose items of clothing to wear. Depending on how many factors you would be able to mix together, there could be potential for a lot of diversity and would be matched with the dream of being able to wear hats, glasses etc.

However, if that isn't possible then I would rather this. +Support.
