Short, simple, and straight to the point on how you feel, good job man. I hope your not just handing this to her out of the blue by the way I have a friend who wrote a love letter to a girl he liked (A explanation of how he felt with a poem inside to reinforce that explanation too.) And trust me, she found it quite creepy. Which I can get because that is pretty awkward to do.
