Worst case scenario, should those directories be incorrect, a simple google search could also help you.
I would love to help further, but I just use fraps.
An off topic tip: Get the free version of Fraps, it has a 30 second watermark, but you should not need a 30+second video, or if you do, just hit the record button again and whap them all together in 1 second with windows movie maker!
