Title of Suggestion: Bring the build server back
Description: The build server has been missing for quite a while now, and whether this is because of a bug or not is unbeknownst to me. I would like the build server to be possibly brought back.
Why: Building on any of the servers is difficult with no noclip and constant minges, as well as there not being enough space. The build server was great before and allowed for builders to make what they wanted in a good space.
(If the build server is actually up and at my own ignorance I have missed the IP, please tell me that.)
