Download v2d on the Workshop if it doesn't help from the site, also move the RAR file away from that folder, it may cause a problem.
Ok thanks I did both of your suggestions and it worked, although when I connect to the server everthing is like this right now

When I try to enable it to the lower right I can't click Counter Strike
