Don: The Don is second in command and organize dealings with people outside the Family.

You should definitely as been stated put more research into the roles of a mafia family and maybe change the descriptions up a bit. Be different, do something unlike every other mafia clan. Also having the Godfather as someone who "Usually sits back and lets his workers do the work" isn't to reassuring. Doesn't draw me in to want to be part of a family where the leader just sits back and chills.

Do not think of it like the godfather movie, make it original. Have the godfather as someone who leads all operations and maybe call him something different. If you want people to join you need to make it different and appealing.

I see what you're getting at but making a traditional crime-family with different ranking may seem absurd as Cosa Nostra has always followed traditions about such things, why bother making a crime-family from Italian heritage when you're not gonna take anything from it?

I agree with:

This has been overdone, I'm sick and tired of people acting like they know everything there is to know about this from watching The Godfather, we're not exactly in the 1900's wielding thompsons wearing trench-coats and fedoras, alot has changed since then and "The Godfather" title is almost never used anymore.
