Okay, there's a simple way to solve the situation.

Head on down to the Ban Request section, here you need to post ban request on the player which just scammed you.

Make sure to use the template which is above, this is compulsory for all ban requests.
An administrator will review the ban request, if the reviewing administrator feels that you have being scammed and the player broke the rules. He will issue a susspension and I believe your money will be refunded.
