If i was you, i would probably choose the second set-up, primarily as it is a slight part similar to mine.
If you are wanting a gaming computer, in my opinion, it's all about choosing the right components, which i believe you have done very well. If you are to buy an expensive graphics card, then there would be no point buying a budget power supply, because it will probably result in the computer failing, and restarting all the time.
