The "second offesne" part of the ban reason should be removed, but it does not change the fact that you propminged for quite some time that day.

but i dont think its fair to got 2 ban about the same reason - if the admin who give for me the ban for 5 month know it was my fist offesne, i think he didnt give for me ban for 5 month, ask him that.
i was my first day in the server, and i didnt know the rules, that why i did it, when i got ban about that, i stop that.

You didnt know the rules yet several people told you that what you were doing was against the rules? Stop lying. Maybe it was your first time, I cant remember how many hours you had but I do know for a fact that people told you to stop.

I guess Aviator will have to answer here to see if you were banned for the same thing.
