Do you constantly check the playerlist and know how many of every class there are at all points?
When you're driving a car, you don't have time to go scrolling through the playerlist, looking to see if it's the correct player model.

Actually yes, yes I do. I always check to see if the server has any cops, gun dealers, chefs, BMDs, Doctors. Ect

Cause if I need an item or help from one of them jobs I don't yell out in OOC "Do we have any chefs?" Or if the server is lacking a job that has no one playing that job I will go out of my way and fill that row.

Also I don't need to look though the player list to see the correct playermodel because I know all of them by heart.
Even if your friend doesn't know them by heart that's fine. But if you were a Bus Driver as well then we should had the same playermodels.

The bus has a really big window for you to see the driver clearly. Its hard to not see the playermodel.

As you stated a corleone member has stolen your bus. He'd had to look for a player with a Black Trenchcoat and Hat. Not whatever playermodel the Bus/Taxi Driver has.

Why are you, talking for him. I understand that you had a bus as well and that he was "looking" for you. But why are you talking for him?

Not to sound like an admin (I kinda can't help it) But shouldn't he be defending himself as I am doing now?

Really the reason I posted this ban request was for the fact that I got randomly rammed and then he drove away with out the care that my bus was on the top of his car. He did not in anyway try to get it off by gently pushing it with a prop. (cause an admin was not on at this time) Instead he drove off when I got out and I got hit by him. He did not say sorry or anything. Just drove away.

I do not make a ban for anyone that crashes into me.
I do not think a ban should be issued cause he didn't say sorry
I do not think the player should be banned even if he helped me to try to help me to get back to my bus, even when I didn't know that it was him.

I do think that a possible warning or talk to should be in order as you can't just ram into someones car cause you mistaken them for car thief. And even then when you do find out it was the wrong person you should apologize for your actions.

As an unrelated note. I understand that your friend was trying to get back your bus cause it was stolen. But how can he know that unless he was near you when it was stolen? You can not tell your friend it was after you died cause it would be metagaming.

The only reason I tried to get back to my bus was cause I got ran over when I tired to take evidence. When I did got back to my bus stolen so I was like "eh ok well I guess I'll just do something else" And BAM. Got ran over with my own bus behind. So I just gave up. Too much stuff was going on and I couldn't contact an admin to save my life.
