1. You still must have seen him aiming the gun at you an standing right in front of you.
2. The video is not laggy at all. I record at 24fps (the same frame rate as what your television will probably have) because it doesn't really need to be higher than that to record minges. Anything more is just wasted data for little improvement in my opinion.
