Summary:
Haxonator!: I had already fined him several times for reckless driving, and I was about to arrest him, when a BMW smashes into him, and he proceeds to drive off despite being under gunpoint the entire time. Before this, he had driven away from me while under gunpoint(I wasn't recording then, sadly)

johnny: I had stopped him to fine him for reckless driving, he got out of his green hummer, talked to me, and then jumped back into his hummer under gunpoint and drove away.
