Okay, mostly when i am in game i see people ask
Well here is a answer -
Go to the menu, while in game (on the menu) and click options then voice, so you have something like this
Click test Microphone and then press Esc (Escape) and there we go.
Your mic should always stay on.. the only way to stop it is by ending the test (as shown on the picture)
