A lot of people have had this issue.

You could try the following:
  • Close GMod and restart your router, then reopen GMod and check.
  • Try using the Legacy Browser to find the gameserver.
  • Find the IP of the servers and attempt joining using your game console.
  • Restart your computer after you've restarted your router.

One of those should fix your problem. If they don't, you can wait it out or attempt other things.
