Summary: Hey there! Today when i were fishing at the Lake in v2d, a rebel named [OIL] Kalops(He has been playing 4 hours - STEAMID: STEAM_0:0:37688365) randomly stole my car with his lockpick. He then drove off and luckily there was a cop there, with his police car. When me and the cop were driving to the city, he then tried to sell me my own car for 10k. I refused and said, i will report him. He then gave me the car but afterwards, when i were parking the car he became a cop. He then CDMed me for my guns, so i died and he toke my UMP and Fishing Rod.
