Summary: Just know this guy with the username Jack is minging around.
He propclimbs to be on buildings to be a "hobo" using a ladder which he says is RP.
He swears and uses caps in OOC.
Punchwhore, just general minge.
Evidence:
Adria and Fexxe and me was in the government trying to arrest him and such since he propclimbs buildings and refuses to get down.
I took pictures of him on top of nexus with his job as "parachute"
