The difference between i5-3750k and the i7 version of it is pretty much not noticeable in games
Yeah, I would of went for an i5 but they only had PC's with the GTX670 if it had an i7. If I choose to build it then It'll be with an i5
Thanks for the feedback
3rd choice:
CPU: Intel I5 3570K 3.4ghz CPU
Motherboard: Asus P8z77-V LX Motherboard
RAM: 16 GB DDR3 1600 MHz patriot Viper Memory
GPU: Nvidia GTX 680 2 GB PCI-E Graphics Card With HDMI
Power supply: 750W
If you plan on building one, switch out the motherboard for one of these:

Drop down to 8 GB of RAM preferably G-Skill and Corsair; pretty good overall reviews and good reliability.
Settle for a OCZ ModXStream, if you plan on keeping it with one GPU. This is a good option:

The GTX 670 will run just about anything you need for it. If you want GTX 680 performance, then just buy the GTX 670 and do about a 5%-10% overclock.
Keep the i5-3570K, only difference noticed between the i7 and i5 is in multi-threaded environments (rendering, video editing, etc.).
In total, you save around: $210
This money easily able to go for a case with better airflow, a solid state drive for load times/game load times or an aftermarket heatsink.
