I would say this is the same bug someone else had before,too.
- It is a usual garrys mod model, it should work properly. The only things I can imagine:
- Play a bit around in Singleplayer and try if you can see the skin.
- Run your Half Life Ep1 and Ep2 once.
- if this doesnt work, close all steam processes and close garrysmod, launch steam and try garrysmod again.
- If you want too you can still reinstall the game, but not sure if it would fix it.
