Summary: Various prop related offences, I'll detail them.
1. Propclimbing onto the roof.
2. His 'Chair' roleplay went too far and caused a lot of trouble.
3. Just plain stupid prop use.
4. Fairly sure that sniper towers were banned, if not, then he is fine.
5. No idea what is going on here, stupid.
