I CDMd like 3 and it was my first time on the server. Im not gonna do anything like that ever again.

It was FAR more than 3 times, And each time you did it- You stole a taxi for the soul reason of CDMing.
And when I asked for you to step out the car, You just sped off and I was forced to shoot you. 30 Seconds later you where at it again.
That went on for about 10 minutes because you kept doing it.
