I was not here so I cannot judge but when you see a glitched car the wrong thing to do is prop push it. It will make it spaz out and kill anyone who comes near it.
The correct thing to do is contact an admin or if none are on contact the owner of the car and ask him politely to relog onto server so it will go back into that players inventory.
