I am Spooj McGoogan.
I have evidence of him leaving to avoid arrest too. Must also note what I was arresting him for. I was arresting him for CDM. There was a RP Detainment situation at the side of the street, so he decided to just ram a person who was crossing the road, I chased him and he left to avoid arrest. He denies doing so, logs can be checked if needed?
I must also state that he has been giving verbal abuse to me, and other cops who attempt to arrest him too, so much that you could edge toward the cyber bullying side, for young ones anyhow.
He also has another ban request for mega doomforting, and giving some more verbal abuse here:
