Morality, not legality.
If a user purchased money packs from Fearless which is operating as a charity with the intent to use the money packs (credit for casinos) to gamble and they aren’t over 18 then it is evidently illegal and on top of that immoral.
You have no idea what you are talking about. As Awestruck stated there is no way of "cashing-out" the ingame currency for real funds. Money packs are there as a way to support the community and that's it.

I think Casinos should be whitelisted because all I see now and again when I do hop on are kids hosting the casinos and all they actually do is blackjack most of the time. Maybe somebody with similar experience to Forgee would be a good recommendation.

yes there is a way, you give someone your credits (in the form of in game money) and they pay you via paypal it does not matter if it is against TOS it can still and probably does happen as Fearless is not a licensed gambling house and has no control over it.

Let's think about it like that.
Stuff that probably happens that is actually currently against the Terms of Service AGAINST stuff that doesn't actually happen
The argument is not there.

Except that there is no real currency being spent It promotes gambling from a young age. Users can spend legal tender currency to buy money packs (credit) in order to gamble illegally if they are under 18/21 depending on jurisdiction and fearless does not operate as a betting house, but as a charity.
Don't quote me but because you can buy in-game currency via Money Packs with real life money, I get the feeling that theoretically it probably is illegal Oh, I'll quote you cause what you're saying is wrong.
Well half of the casinos are also ran by under 18 year olds too so I am pretty sure its not completely fine BobZ

Yes, they are, in a roleplay server. Once again there is absolutely no way of cashing-out the ingame money, so it is perfectly legal, btw having to pull the BobZ card shows that you have no more points.

There is a way of cashing money out - you sell ingame money (credit) for legal tender via paypal/bank transfer, etc.. It is irrelevent weather it is against TOS to do so. It just shouldn’t be happening.
There are way too many casinos and gambling related junk on the server, before I left that was literally all there was - casinos and casino licences.
