The banners are working fine for me at the moment. Have you tried switching to another theme to see if they appear?

Resolution shouldn't matter. What browser do you use and did you have this problem before?
Firstly, run the browser in igcognito, if that fixes it do the following; try clearing your cache and your cookies and try again, that might somehow magically fix it.

Found the problem, it was Adblock
