[Solved] Issue when joining

So I keep trying to join the server. But everytime I join, a few seconds pass and my PC gets a blackscreen. I can still hear audio and what not, but I can not use the PC in any way.

Pls help.

Have you done the verifying of the game cache and all that jazz?

Turn down graphical settings (e.g. Resolution to 1280). Re-install. Restart PC. Kick PC.

Do you get any display driver errors, or any kind of error when it happens?

If not, try reinstalling Garry's Mod.

Alright, I'll tell you what I know to fix it. These are different solutions, not steps.

1. Try running it in windowed mode first.

2. Check your graphic settings.

3. Check your addons to see if there's any graphics enhancers that could be causing the problem.

4. Check your GPU drivers, restart them and make sure they're up to date.

5. As ridiculous as it may sound, disconnect and reconnect your graphics card into the GPU slot. It MIGHT work.

6. Check your connections from your GPU to your monitor.

7. Try reinstalling Garry's Mod.

8. Try verifying the game cache.

9. Try reinstalling Steam.

10. Delete your addons and reinstall them, it might or might no do anything.

11. Run your PC in safemode, not sure if it's possible with Windows 10. Haven't tried it yet.

I'll add more when I can figure it out and think of more.
