Summary: Scanned a Tides Truck speeding through the city that Wizard was driving, pulled him over. Pointed an M4 at him, told him to get out. He did not comply, instead reversing and then running down me and another rebel. He failed to call a Paramedic, then shot somebody for standing on my body.
