Hey,
I've been looking for a new game to buy and I need recommendations
I currently have Hearts Of Iron IV and Arma III in my mind
Especially looking for open-world or strategy games

-4 GB RAM
-64 Bit
-Intel i5-3230M CPU
-Nvidia GeForce GT 635M graphics card

I highly suggest Arma 3 if your PC can run it

Garry's Mod, it has great graphics and runs very optimised on the CityRP gamemode!

Agreed. Sadly, not too many people play it anymore.
I would also suggest H1Z1: King of the Kill. Great fun, and a pretty cheap game.

Had it on my Xbox. Such sweet memories!
An easy game to run is saints row 3 or Postal 2. Both hilarious games which I have enjoyed.

Fallout three is great I have all atchievemnts for it on PS3 and Xbox and pc and to this day I still play it and find new and exciting things to do in it with the help of mods. Only buy the game of the year addition tho on opc or it's not worth buying because if u want to mod the game usually mods need all dlcs tbh only point lookout and broken steel are the good dlcs in fallout three that's my own personal opinion.
